We will be serving Vega Overnight Oats March 10th post workout with CJ Finley (@Thriveonlife).

The recipe was inspired by one of our absolute favorite vegan food blogs Oh She Glows.

We added our own flare, adding in some Vanilla Vega Protein (1/2 scoop), a little extra almond milk to soak up the protein, and topped with coconut flakes.

We used a little less cardamom than what the recipe called for, and instead of cinnamon, we used a pumpkin pie spice blend (cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg). We weren't shy with it, which made up for the less cardamom.

We also made a strawberry jam! Same recipe, different fruit. It's amazing.
